3D Gloss Cast Laminate For Vehicle Wrapping

IP 2800-100 is a 3D, cast laminate with a gloss surface finish that has been specifically designed for use in conjunction with vehicle graphics and car wraps. It features a highly effective UV filter to ensure long term graphics durability. The premium, polyester release liner allows for excellent layflat properties and superior levels of transparency of the product in application. To encourage long durability, it is essential that the substrate is thoroughly clean prior to application. Additionally, when the material has been applied over convex surfaces and is thereby subject to deformation, it is imperative that post-heating is carried out, whereby the vinyl should be heated evenly over the surface to a temperature of at least 100ºC (for best results, use an infrared thermometer for accuracy). The laminate can be considered for use on IP2507, IP2508, IP2517 and IP2520PA.

ImagePerfect™ 2830-111 SafeTouch is a functional laminate with a gloss finish and a high level of transparency that contains a highly-effective additive that offers protection from micro-organisms, such as bacteria, fungi and parasites. Whilst antimicrobial products typically incorporate silver agents, this product utilises zinc pyrithione as its active ingredient and it is encapsulated within the film rather than manifesting as a simple coating on top of the film. As such, the antimicrobial effect is stable and long-lasting. When tested independently, the antimicrobial properties were found to be completely unaffected when IP SafeTouch was fully immersed for 1 minute in 3 different solutions of 70.0% ethanol, 0.1% IPA and 5.0% benzalkonium chloride, before being cleaned and dried and then re-immersed for a further minute, with this cycle being repeated 50 times. In accordance with ISO 22196, the antimicrobial property of IP 2830-111 SafeTouch has been substantiated via extremely high levels of efficacy (higher than 99.99%) for killing a number of different bacteria. IP SafeTouch can be used on many different kinds of flat surface, including doors, desks, tables, counters, cupboards, shelves, windows and panels, and it can be used in a wide variety of environments, such as retail spaces, healthcare environments, educational facilities, public transport, lifestyle environments and event business locations.
