ImagePerfectTM 2503 Plus is a white gloss polymeric vinyl featuring a permanent, solvent based adhesive. This material, which is a milestone in terms of ImagePerfect™ printable polymeric vinyls, has been specifically designed for digital printing on large-format inkjets and is suitable for printing with eco solvent and solvent inks as well as latex and UV-cured inks.

In relation to the ‘classic’ IP 2503 product, this re-engineered version manifests itself as a quantum leap in terms of the quality of the printed output. The new film features specific polymeric, non-migrating plasticisers and UV stabilisers, which ensure long-term outdoor durability, and the product as a whole benefits from an aesthetic face-lift via the incorporation of a super-white liner (which also allows for increased layflat).

IP 2503 Plus is a state-of-the-art product that will allow for the creation of unbeatable printed output for indoor and outdoor applications such as markings & decorations and vehicle graphics.

7 Year White Gloss Polymeric Vinyl 
ImagePerfect™ 2556 is a white gloss polymeric vinyl with a permanent adhesive for indoor and outdoor applications including vehicle graphics.

It has been specially created for digital printing on large-format inkjet printers and is suitable for printing with eco solvent, solvent and latex inks as well as UV-cured inks.

IP 2556 utilises a new type of adhesive that also performs well in areas of high altitude and cold temperature, additional opacity is provided by the grey tint., it should be applied at temperatures greater than +5°C.

IP 2556 is equipped with a backing paper that offers excellent lay flat properties, it promotes high levels of print quality with remarkable text definition and a large colour gamut to ensure colourful images with vibrant area in-fills.

Intermediate Grade Calendered White Gloss Digital Vinyl 

IP2509 is a quality grade, white gloss monomeric vinyl featuring a permanent adhesive with a high ultimate bond. Idealy suited to large format digital printing one of the main benefits of IP2509 lies in its ability to offer high quality, trouble free printing due to its advanced, specially treated layflat kraft paper liner. This special liner has a internal strength and polyethylene coated backing to minimise material deformation due to moisture absorption while printing, therefore preventing head strike and colour variation. It is suitable for many flat applications, both interior and exterior, such as window graphics, exhibition displays and promotional point of sale advertising.

Monomeric Calendered White Gloss Digital Vinyl 

IP2528 is a monomeric vinyl that has been specifically designed for printing with all solvent and UV inks. It can be used only on flat surfaces and is intended for indoor and short-term outdoor applications. IP2528 features a strong, PE-coated, backing paper, which offers excellent lay flat properties.
